HCP’s Standard 13mm cylindrical mascara is an incredibly versatile pack for mass through to prestige brands. Available with either a PP or PET bottle, this pack suits either crème or waterproof formulations and is a co-ordinated choice for any round cosmetics range.

This item can also be paired with the innovative Feather Comb applicator moulded in EcoWood - as shown in HCP's trend 'Hush'. Precision moulded in black EcoWood, the raw bio-based material is completely plastic-free, carbon neutral and exclusive to HCP.

The comb-style brush has widely spaced bristles to achieve excellent separation and lengthening results, while the feather-shaped profile has a tapered tip to groom brows or reach inner and outer corner lashes.
