1960 HCP Packaging is founded in Taiwan
1990 Operations are established in mainland China with the opening of the first Suzhou factory
1995 Suzhou factory in full production
2000 Second factory opened, located in Shanghai
2003 First overseas sales office opened on the US East Coast
2004 Purchased Bridgeport Metal Goods (BMG) factory in Hinsdale, USA

2016 HCP acquire SIMP in September 2016 - the world's leader in the creation, development and manufacture of cosmetic plastic applicators and rubber technical parts for the beauty industry
2017 HCP acquire RUSI in August 2017, bringing over 40 years of engineering and cosmetics packaging expertise, with a strong reputation for high quality manufacture in the mascara, lip gloss and eyeliner product categories
2018 Construction of new facility in Huai'an, China begins; adding extensive manufacturing and decoration capabilities
2018 HCP complete expansion of German facility, increasing production capacity, reducing lead times in injection moulding and supply
2019 Incorporation of HCP Packaging Italy in July 2019
2019 7th factory added in Huai’an, China
2020 HCP & PUM-TECH KOREA (PTK) Sign Commercial Partnership Agreement in March 2020
2020 HCP acquires 100% ownership of Hetian Packaging (Huai'an) Co., Ltd
